Is it possible to add more deal stages to HubSpot Ecommerce Pipeline? Yes, it is possible. When doing the installation the first time, all stages of the selected Pipeline get read. If you add more stages to the pipeline after installing and activating the module, you will have to re-run the installation process so that all stages are shown inside the Prestashop Module and you're able to map Prestashop order and Pipeline stages.

Can we access to the analytic info about our contacts after the first synchronization? No, after synchronizing your data for the first time, you won't be able to access to the analytic information as your contacts won't have an associated cookie in their browser. Once they make a new purchase, HubSpot will be able to identify them and retrieve the analytic information generated after connecting the integration.

Can we control the properties that will be synced to HubSpot? No, at this time all the relevant information about the orders will be synced to HubSpot deals.

How long it takes to sync your data for the first time? It would depend on the amount of information in your PrestaShop account. The more you have the more it takes! Although we aimed to reduce the friction of that first synchronization we are not in a position to offer a concrete ETA.

Would we need to sync all of our data? You can always apply a date filter to sync the information created in your PrestaShop account from a specific date. As such, the initial sync would be carried out faster!

Is the contact's address synced to the contact record in HubSpot? Not at this time. While PrestaShop allows many addresses per contact, HubSpot only allows one. Since a contact may have different delivery addresses to fit their needs (home, office or even a third party address ), everytime we receive a new address in HubSpot the old one will be overwritten. It may lead to innacurate data in the CRM. However, we can get around this limitation and set up a workflow to pass the info to the contact record. You can read more about it here.
