Get our Sensitive Data application to be able to view all the data you need in HubSpot without it being actually stored in HubSpot, with all the safeguards of data protection.

1. Acquire the Sensitive Data app
You can install the application by going to:

HubSpot Marketplace (accessing from your account or from the public Marketplace).

From the Tiralíneas website.
2. Install the app in HubSpot
Once you have clicked on the "Install application" button on the Sensitive Data page, within the HubSpot Marketplace, a form will open for you to fill in. When you have completed the required fields, click on the Submit button.
Once you have submitted the form, you will be taken to a screen where you can choose the Hubspot account you want to install it in. Select the proper account and proceed with the installation.
3. Sensitive Data configuration
Once installed, you can access the app configuration from the HubSpot menu: go to Configuration, Integrations, Connected Apps.
Open the application, go to General settings and access the Configuration section.
From there we can manage the sensitive properties we need for each of the CRM objects from the schema configuration menu. Depending on your subscription, you can create as many properties as you need in Contacts, Companies or Deals.
From there you can also delete and edit these sensitive properties easily and intuitively by clicking on the pencil icon on the right.
The free version allows you to create one property. If you need to create more, in General settings, you will need to go to Subscription and purchase any of the higher plans that allow you to create more properties.
With higher plans, you will also be able to access the app API from General settings, to extract information within your HubSpot integrations to manage schemas and perform CRUD operations.
