Install Saysimple + HubSpot integration to unify all your WhatsApp contacts in your CRM and vice versa. Make lists and workflows based on specific topics of conversations.
In order to install the Saysimple + HubSpot integration, you will need a HubSpot account and a SaySimple license.
- Installing the module:
- Install the SaySimple app in HubSpot by clicking on this link: SaySimple module installation - HubSpot
- Install the HubSpot app in SaySimple, available in the SaySimple Marketplace. - Configuring the application:
- Once the apps are installed you should go to HubSpot, at the top panel you must click on the store icon and then, go to "connected apps".
- Access the Saysimple application actions and go to configuration.
- Click on the Api Config button and copy the Integration Token.
- Once copied, you should go to Saysimple Marketplace to locate the HubSpot plugin and install it in case it's not already installed. To do this, you must click on settings (⚙) and paste the previously copied Token in the Integration Token section.
- API Key generation:
- Once the Integration Token configuration is done in Saysimple, you have to go to “Settings” or to the Saysimple configuration section and access to the Developers section via the “Overview” button. Once here, you have to generate an API Key that you will place in HubSpot.
- Click on “+ Add API Key” and a form will be opened, you should click on Ok and it will show you an information panel with your data.
Note: Selecting an experation date it's not required and not recommended.
- You should copy “Your API key” parameter and go to HubSpot, to the API Config configuration, where you will paste the copied value in the Saysimple section in the “X Api Key“ field.
- Next, you should go back to the previous page in Saysimple and copy the parameter “Your API secret”. In the same way, you should access the API Config configuration in HubSpot and paste it in the Saysimple section in the “Authorize” field.
Finally, you must click on “Update settings” and you will have the Saysimple + HubSpot integration configured.
