You can view this in the "Original Source Detail 1" property, which will display "Saysimple" when the contact is created via the Saysimple plugin button.
- If I update a contact in Saysimple, will it update in HubSpot?
No, the integration only supports record creation. Once records are created, any updates must be done manually in both systems. The Saysimple plugin is mainly designed to display existing data.
- How long does it take for a Saysimple message to appear in HubSpot?
Messages are sent to a processing queue before being logged in HubSpot. This process typically takes just a few seconds. However, in high-volume situations, synchronization might take several minutes.
- Can I send the entire historical record of Saysimple messages to HubSpot?
At this time, while the Tiralíneas and Saysimple teams are considering implementing this feature, sending the history of messages created before activating the integration is not yet available.
