Step-by-step installation of the Deal Commander module (Deal Commander + HubSpot)

Install and use our module in 3 simple steps

Connect your HubSpot account with Deal Commander to sync your HubSpot data (contacts, companies, products, analytics, deals, etc.) and analyze the performance of your sales teams through our advanced reports.

To take full advantage of this plugin, you'll need a HubSpot account (PRO plan is the recommended minimum requirement).

1. Buy the Deal Commander module
You can download the module from the following platforms:

  • from the HubSpot APP Marketplace (accessing this from your account or from the public Marketplace)
  • from the apps.tiralineas.digital website
  • from Tiralíneas

2. Installing the module in HubSpot

Once the purchase process has been completed, you will receive an email with an activation link (You will have 7 days free trial) to connect with HubSpot. Just click on the link and follow the installation flow to connect Deal Commander to HubSpot.

3. Connection with HubSpot
As a first step, you'll need to select your HubSpot account to proceed with the installation. 

Please note: All the HubSpot accounts to which you have access will appear here. Make sure to choose the HubSpot account you'd like to connect to Deal Commander.


3.1. Click on the account and click on the Choose Account button.
Once your HubSpot account has been selected, you'll be promted to grant us access to your HubSpot information. Deal Commander needs access to your HubSpot account in order to extract data and craft the reports. Please review those permissions and click on Connect to proceed.  

Please note: You may need to validate the reCaptcha for security reasons.

Once completed, Deal Commander will be connected to your HubSpot account and will start analyzing your data and crafting the reports. 

Remember you can always head to Connected Applications section in your HubSpot account to contact our support team and review the installation docs if needed.

 

3.2.  Set-up in HubSpot
Now if you navigate your HubSpot account, you will see new modules or CRM cards (in contacts or companies), in which the analytics of your HubSpot account will begin to populate.

 

3.3.   Synchronisation process

Installation process is now completed! Our module will start analyzing your HubSpot data and generating your new reports. This initial process can take from 15 minutes to 6 hours, depending on the amount of info to process.

Please note: We'll sync and process the information gathered in the last 36 months.

An email will be triggered to let you know the process is already completed!

*In the coming weeks you will be able to synchronize the information from a particular date without having to migrate everything.
